I learned to love myself using positive thoughts about me. I write them and this way I pay attention and start to see myself, so I learned to love myself by seeing myself positively.
I love myself and never doubt it. Loving everything in me, every single part of me. Living by loving myself.. simply. I did it and want to do it always =)
